'Passionate about massage and body work'
When I discovered massage I had no idea that such an exciting new chapter had begun in life. The 'human
being' (and being human) is such a huge, unique and fascinating subject, it feels like an epic journey of discovery that
never ends.
Training in one skill has
led to developing another, qualifying in Swedish Massage, Bodywork, Sports Massage Therapy, Holistic Massage, Indian
Head Massage and Reflexology. With continued exploration and development as a therapist, last year was spent improving
skills with a Btec Level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage with the Insitute of Sports and Remedial
Massage.
In addition to client treatment sessions, work as an assistant
tutor on the one year Diploma in Holisitc Massage, has grown into becoming Co Director of the Merdian Professional Training
in Massage and Natural Therapies School. It is an amazing opportunity to be a part of training individuals and watching
them grow into professional massage therapy practitioners.
Working to a Code of Ethics (see M.T.I. web site). Member of the Massage Training Institute, Federation
of Holistic Therapists (MFHT, MICHT), Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage and registered with the Complementary and Natural
Health Council.(Reg. 000096-C09)
