Using the sense of touch we communicate without needing words. Words can be limiting, touch is not. At times communicating with touch can be far more successful than using words which might be 'hard to find' and feel restrictive. Maybe the word to convey what we mean has not been 'invented' yet. Words are almost two or at best three dimensional, touch provides a doorway to another dimension of communication and self expression.

Individual Tuition for Introduction to Holistic Massage for Partners/Couples

Dates for the workshop are decided by mutual agreement. This can be week day as well as weekend.

Venue: South Birmingham.

Time: 10.00am - 4.00pm

Cost: £75 per person

Format of the Day

The day is based around a loose format that covers learning the basic strokes used in massage and communicaiton with touch during the morning. We will also apply leg and back massage. The afternoon begins with practicing, developing and applying shoulder and neck massage. The later part of the day is open for you to decide. Some partners choose abdomen or head and face, and also look at how to adapt the massage we have learnt to working on the floor or seated position. The final hour of the day is free for you to practice what you have learnt or revisit any areas you wish. At the end of the day partners feel more confident in working together or with friends and family using massage.
